About the Training:

Quality Improvement is both a philosophy and a system. This training will explore both within the framework of the Council on Accreditation (COA) standards. Programs are being challenged to quantify their effectiveness and to demonstrate progress with each client. This training will cover the basic elements of a comprehensive quality improvement system as well as the development of quality measures (e.g., Outcome Measures, Benchmarks, Outputs). This training is for quality improvement staff, administrators, Program Directors and anyone who has responsibility for quality measurement.
