About the Training
Part 1: Professionalism Teamwork: Productive and professional teamwork are essential to an organization's mission and success. Through structured exercises and dialogue, participants will develop an understanding of group dynamics, personality differences, learning and communication styles, problem-solving strategies and decision-making styles. Tips for maintaining productive team meetings and implementing creative team morale boosters will also be discussed.
Part 2: The Power of Play Helping youths tap into their creativity is both a healthy avenue for channeling strong emotions and a fun approach to building rapport, confidence, creative self-expression and social skills. You don't have to be a professional artist or recreation specialist to facilitate creative projects and games, you just have to learn them yourself first then pass on the fun! Participants will learn some creative art projects and game ideas to use in their work with kids to capture their interest and do something's a little different.
