This interactive, facilitated training is built upon The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) report, Preventing Child Sexual Abuse Within Youth-Serving Organizations: Getting Started on Policies and Procedures. This report, just released, describes six key components of preventing child sexual abuse in youth-serving organizations. These components were identified by the CDC in conjunction with a panel of national experts representing child sexual abuse researchers, prevention professionals, and representatives of youth-serving organizations that have child sexual abuse prevention programs.
