If you require overnight accommodations, you will register for the Overnight Package.
There are two options for overnight accommodations: Single or Double/Shared Occupancy. The total registration fee for ‘single’ accommodation is $225. The total registration fee for ‘double’ accommodation is $185. Both will include: |

**Maximum of 2 Symposium guests per shared room.
- If staying overnight, do not contact the hotel directly. Room reservations will be made for you when you register for the Symposium. Your registration preferences will be confirmed by email when you register.
- Rooms will be assigned from our reserved block based on your requested preferences. Every attempt will be made to accommodate special requests.
- Each individual must register online for a Symposium Overnight Package in order to stay in the hotel, even if you plan to share a room. You will be asked to identify the individual with whom you will be sharing at the time you complete the registration form.
- Overnight guests are responsible for all incidental costs and will need to present a valid credit card or a $50.00 cash deposit at check-in to cover the cost of incidentals.
- Check-in time Thursday is 3:00pm. Early check-in will be accommodated based on room availability. Check-out time is noon on Friday.

- Parking is available to Symposium guests at no charge.
Cancellation Policy – No Refunds
If you have registered for the Symposium and cannot attend, you may assign your registration to another individual by contacting Libby Glass at 770-642-6722.
If you have been awarded a scholarship and cannot attend, you must cancel your registration by April 17 by contacting Libby Glass at 770-642-6722 or you will be responsible for registration costs.
