Registration Information

Registration Deadline: September 16, 2010
All registrations received by August 31 will be entered into a drawing for
four tickets to see the Atlanta Braves play the Philadelphia Phillies on October 1st.

Registration Fee: $125
Registration fee includes 2 days of training and technical assistance,
continental breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday, and dinner on Monday.

Scholarships for DFCS/DHS Staff
Scholarships are available for County DFCS staff and DHS Social Services employees.

Registration for the Symposium must be completed online.
Space is limited, so register early.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS
Overnight accommodations are not included in the Symposium registration fee of $125.

Cancellation Policy - No Refunds
If you have registered for the Symposium and cannot attend, you may assign
your registration to another individual by contacting Kathy Ortstadt at 770-642-6722.
